Rodent Proofing

Take a close look at this picture and you’ll see that part the vent is damaged.

That was more than enough to let a big adult rat into the property, firstly accessing the wall cavity then making its way straight up to the loft.

The wall cavity is your homes superhighway transporting rodents around the property – often to the kitchen for something to eat and the loft for somewhere warm and dry to make a home.

If you want to prevent rodents getting in your property why not take a walk round the outside of the buildings looking for gaps and holes, generally up to about waist height.

Get them blocked up with rodent proof materials (concrete, mesh etc) and make sure you’re thorough… really thorough!
